I spoke with my representative at Tow Ready, who tells me that because the Forte Koup is not often used as a tow vehicle, a plug-and-play trailer wiring harness like the # 118431 you mentioned is not offered.
For your Forte Koup, a universal fit hardwired harness like the # 119178KIT is recommended.
The 118431 fits the 2007-2010 Kia Rondo or the 2010-2012 Kia Soul, but not your Forte Koup. view full answer...
For trailer wiring you would have to visit a Kia dealer since there are no confirmed aftermarket fits.
Curt trailer hitch # C11019 is the only trailer hitch that fits your 2011 Kia Forte Koup. This is a Class I trailer hitch so any accessories that you use, bike racks or cargo carriers, would have to be rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch.

The hitch comes with the correct ball mount, hitch pin and clip. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch use # 19258. If you plan on using the hitch for something like a bike rack or cargo carrier Curt says you must use a stabilization strap, # 18050 for their warranty.

We actually do have a fit for your 2013 Kia Forte Koup from SeaSucker.
This roof rack option consists of the 48" long round bars and vacuum cups as part # 298-SX6000B. This rack has a weight capacity of 150 lbs and can be adjusted to different length crossbar spreads. You do want to verify that your Kia Forte Koup can accommodate the 150 lb capacity though.
To add locks to this roof rack you can use the Cable Anchor # 298-BA0010 and a cable lock like part # e98891.
